Jason Patison Racing

Jason Patison is the driver for Jason Patison Racing in the NASCAR Camping World West Series. This is Jason's 10th year of racing, and he has previously competed in the Dirt Track Mini Stock Class, and NASCAR Super Late Model Racing.

Jason runs a Monte Carlo body, sitting on a Levitt chassis. It is powered by a 360 cubic inch NASCAR GM Spec engine, which produces approximately 640 horsepower, and has a redline of 8,400 rpm. The car weighs 3,250 pounds, and runs on 10" GoodYear slicks.  His average race speed is 100-160 mph, depending on the track.  He sees a top speed of 185 mph in the straights. His coolant temp varies between 200-230 degrees, with 200 being more the norm since switching to HyperKühl.

When he's not racing, Jason enjoys maintaining and tinkering with his 300 gallon, professional grade salt water and reef aquarium, and spending time with his wife Tia, and their beautiful new baby daughter, Kayden. He, Tia, and Kayden reside with their dogs and cats in Corona, CA.

How does HyperKuhl help give Jason an edge over the competition?

  Did you know...

Most racecars use radiators and engine cylinder heads composed of lightweight aluminum alloys that are particularly sensitive to electrolysis and erosion. HyperKühl contains special ingredients to protect against these problems.
